Hospital and HMO Annual Reports - FY2011
Click on a hospital or HMO name to access an organization's:
- Full-Text Report
- Standardized Summary
- Related Community Comments
The full report provides the most complete picture of a hospital or HMO's
community benefits initiatives. The summary is useful as a quick overview or for
comparative purposes; it does not necessarily tell the entire story.
Hospitals and HMOs file their reports five months after the end of their fiscal
year--February 28 for most hospitals, May 31 for HMOs. If there is no report
available for a hospital or HMO, this means either that the Attorney General's
Office did not receive it on time or that the report contained formatting or
other problems. The Attorney General's Office will publish all delayed reports
as soon as practicable.
Annual reports for fiscal years prior to 2001 are available for viewing at the
Attorney General's Office.
